At Boshers Publishing, we are committed to providing professional publishing services and educational resources that help authors succeed. Every project is approached with care, communication, and collaboration. Because many of our services are customized specifically for each client, our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our team.

Digital Products

Due to the immediate access provided after purchase, all digital products, downloadable resources, templates, workbooks, courses, and educational materials are non-refundable.

If you experience technical issues accessing a digital purchase, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.

Publishing Services

Services such as editing, formatting, cover design, publishing assistance, coaching, consultations, and marketing are customized for each author.

• Payments for completed work are non-refundable.

• If work has already begun, refunds will generally not be issued for the portion of the project that has been completed.

• If a project is canceled before work begins, any refund will be determined based on the circumstances and any administrative costs already incurred.

Deposits

Project deposits reserve your place in our production schedule and cover planning, onboarding, and project preparation.

Unless otherwise stated in your service agreement, deposits are non-refundable.

Subscription Services

Monthly memberships or subscription-based services may be canceled at any time. Cancellation will prevent future billing but does not generate refunds for payments already processed.

Workshops & Events

Workshop and event registrations may be eligible for a refund if canceled at least 7 days before the event.

Cancellations made within seven days of the event are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated for that specific event.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive printed materials produced directly through Boshers Publishing that arrive damaged due to our error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to replace or correct the issue whenever possible.
