Step 1: Submit Your Manuscript

Every project begins with a submission.

What we review:

  • Your manuscript (complete or near-complete)

  • Genre and market fit

  • Readiness for professional publication

What this step ensures:

  • We only take on projects we believe in

  • You’re not sold services your book isn’t ready for

Step 2: Editorial Evaluation & Fit Call

If your manuscript is a potential fit, we conduct an editorial review and schedule a conversation.

During this stage, we discuss:

  • Editorial needs (developmental, line, copyediting)

  • Your goals for the book

  • Timeline expectations

  • Whether hybrid publishing is the right path for you

This is a two-way decision. There is no pressure to move forward.

Step 3: Publishing Proposal & Agreement

If we agree to move forward, you’ll receive a clear publishing proposal.

Your proposal includes:

  • Services included

  • Timeline milestones

  • Investment breakdown

  • Royalty structure

  • Rights and ownership details

We believe in plain-language contracts—no hidden clauses, no surprises.

Step 4: Editing & Development

Once under contract, your manuscript enters the editorial phase.

Depending on your book’s needs, this may include:

  • Developmental editing

  • Line editing

  • Copyediting

  • Proofreading

You remain involved throughout the process, reviewing and approving changes.

Step 5: Design & Production

This is where your book becomes a finished product.

Design services include:

  • Professional cover design

  • Interior layout and formatting (print + ebook)

  • ISBN assignment and metadata setup

Your input matters—but every design is guided by market standards and reader expectations.

Step 6: Distribution & Release

Your book is prepared for professional distribution.

We handle:

  • Print and ebook setup

  • Distribution through major retailers

  • Upload and technical management

Please note: Distribution does not guarantee bookstore placement or sales—but it ensures your book is produced and distributed at industry standard.

Step 7: Marketing Guidance & Author Support

Marketing works best when the author is involved.

We provide:

  • Launch guidance

  • Marketing strategy support

  • Clear expectations around promotion

We do not promise bestseller status or sales guarantees—because honest publishing doesn’t.

Author Rights & Royalties

  • You retain copyright ownership

  • Royalties are clearly defined and author-forward

  • Rights are never taken without explicit agreement

Your book remains your intellectual property.

Timeline Overview

Most projects move from contract to publication within:

6–12 months, depending on editorial needs and author responsiveness.
